Q: Should I send my order to you or to Watkins?

A: Generally you should order directly through Watkins. They will process your order and ship the products directly to you. And as long as you use the links on this website, or use a catalog I've mailed you, I'll receive credit for the sale.

When you order via my USA Online Catalog / Canada Online Catalog, you're ordering directly from Watkins. I'm notified of the sale, but have no involvement in processing or shipping the order. Very convenient for me--and for you. If I had to pack every order, I wouldn't get anything else done! And if I was on vacation when your placed your order, you'd be irked at the delay.

When you order via the toll-free number from the print catalog, once again you're ordering directly from Watkins.

If you mail in an order, you should mail it to Watkins. If you mail it to me, all I do is get online and place the order for you that way. So you might as well eliminate me as the middleman--it just delays your order.

Once you've placed an order via the website or a print catalog I mailed you, Watkins has you down as my customer. It will be difficult for you to order from Watkins without me getting credit for the sale.


However, there are a few reasons to send your order to me instead of Watkins:

1. If you're buying items I'm selling on eBay. Obviously, you're buying these directly from me instead of Watkins, so the payment will go to me and I will pack and ship the items.

2. If you want to pay via PayPal. Watkins doesn't accept PayPal payments, so you'll have to email the order and payment to me at Lynne@SeasonsForSuccess.com. But if you want to pay by debit card, credit card, check or money order, it's faster for you to order directly from Watkins.

3. If you want to save on shipping & handling. This one has a major catch: you have to live near me. I pay $9.95 (or more) shipping on all the orders I place through Watkins. Unlike customers, I never get free shipping. The more I order, the more in shipping I pay. So if you order from me and I have to have the products mailed to you, I will charge you Watkins' shipping rate, which is $6.95/$9.95. (I do honor the free shipping for orders over $99, even though I'm not getting the free shipping myself.)

But if I have the products shipped to me to personally distribute, I often charge $2 or less for shipping. I combine orders and spread the cost of the shipping amongst my customers. So, if you live within 20 miles of Chapman, Nebraska, USA, email me at lynne@SeasonsForSuccess.com. You may have to wait till the next time I place an order (usually once a month) but I can probably give you a deal on the shipping.
