  • 1 package Good Tastings Bread Mix
  • 1 12-oz/355-mL can lemon-flavored sparkling water
  • 3 tbl/45 mL Rosemary
  • 3 tbl/45 mL Parsley
  • 1 tbl/15 mL coarsely-ground Sea Salt
  • 1 tbl/15 mL melted butter
    Combine bread mix with sparkling water. Pour half of batter in loaf pan sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray.

    Combine rosemary and parsley; sprinkle 4 tbl/60 mL over the batter. Pour in remaining batter and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining herbs on top, followed by sea salt. Drizzle with butter.

    Bake at 325°F/170°C for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.

    Sparkling white wine can be substituted for the sparkling water. Drizzle with Watkins Grapeseed Oil when using sparkling wine.

    Serve slices of bread with oven roasted tomatoes, sliced salami and cheese.
