Recipe Name: Irish Cream Cheesecake

Description: This cheesecake can be made with any of Watkins' extracts.
  • 1½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup finely chopped nuts
  • ½ cup margarine, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2½ tsp. Watkins Irish Cream Extract*
  • 5 eggs
    Mix first four ingredients together until mixture forms soft crumbs. Transfer crumbs to a 10 inch springform pan and press to the bottom and sides to form a 1 inch high crust.

    Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

    *If you don't have Watkins Irish Cream Extract, try Watkins Hazelnut Extract, Caramel Extract, Danish Pastry Extract, or any others.
