The Watkins trifecta?
 | Watkins Salsa Seasoning, Fajita Seasoning, and Pizza Seasoning

|
I'm reviewing these three seasonings together since they're three I make sure I always have in my cupboard. That tells you right there how biased this review is.
I've only recently become hooked on Salsa Seasoning. I believe I first bought it for a recipe I never made. My husband was the one who dug it out of the cupboard to sprinkle on his vegetables. A few months ago I used it to spice up some fried fish. That led to jazzing up fried eggs, and finally, to spicing up Hollandaise Sauce. Salsa Seasoning contains onion, garlic, chile pepper, jalapeno pepper and other spices. If you like hot & spicy, you'll love Salsa Seasoning!
I've been using Fajita Seasoning for years, mostly to make Enchilada Casserole and well, Fajitas. It has paprika, garlic and other spices. I haven't taken to sprinkling it on eggs, but if I do, I'll let you know.
Pizza Seasoning has also been a longtime staple. Oddly, I don't think I've used it to make pizza. Instead, I've used it on Foccacia Bread, Pizza Salad and sprinkled it on garlic bread. My husband sprinkles it on vegetables. Pizza Seasoning contains onion, garlic, other spices.
If you're looking for great seasoning blends, I highly recommend any--or all--of these three! They're all fresh, spicy, and flavorful. Just what you expect from Watkins.
